A Crisis Communication dept. set up during Crisis Shop, one of the RCA – Design Product’s exhibition at Milan's Design Biennial. The department is equipped with a ‘publishing unit’ (a typewriter and a spirit duplicator) in order to respond to ‘any crisis situation within 20 minutes’. The device was used on place to print a part of the exhibition's communication and to release reinsuring notes during the opening.
